WaterFilterStore offers a range of water filtration products and related services, including but not limited to:

• Water filtration systems (RO systems, countertop filters, under sink filters, whole house systems)

• Water tank cleaning services
• Technical support and installation guidance

We strive to display accurate product information, including descriptions, prices, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3. Orders and Pricing

3.1 Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3.2 Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product availability issues
• Errors in product or pricing information
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Orders that violate applicable laws or regulations

3.3 Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. A final order confirmation will be sent once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping.

4. Payment Terms

Currently we only offers Cash on Delivery (COD). Soon we will accept the following payment methods:

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you have selected.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Delivery Area
We currently deliver only within the State of Qatar. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5.2 Delivery Time
We offer express delivery across Qatar within 24 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed before 12 PM will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered the next day.

5.3 Shipping Cost
We offer FREE shipping on all orders within Qatar. No minimum purchase required.

5.4 Delivery Process
Our delivery team will contact you before delivery to confirm a convenient time. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If delivery is unsuccessful due to absence, a second attempt may be scheduled.

5.5 Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

6. Service Bookings (Tank Cleaning)

6.1 Booking Process
Customers can request tank cleaning services through our website. A booking confirmation will be sent via email once the request is received.

6.2 Service Availability
Service availability is subject to our technicians' schedule. We will contact you to confirm the service date and time within 24 hours of booking.

6.3 Cancellation of Service
You may cancel a service booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without any charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6.4 Service Access
You are responsible for providing clear access to the water tank and ensuring a safe working environment for our technicians. If our technicians cannot access the tank due to obstructions or safety concerns, the service may be rescheduled, and additional fees may apply.

7. Account Registration

To access certain features of our website, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.

Once an order has been marked as "Shipped," it cannot be canceled through our website. Please contact customer support if you need assistance with an order that has already shipped.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar.
